The Governor’s coming to town.
John deJongh will be on St. John Wednesday night “to discuss matters of neighborhood interest,” according to Leona Smith, the Governor’s appointed Island Administrator. Members of his Cabinet will accompany deJongh, she added.
The Governor specifically invited locals to attend. The notice of the meeting was addressed to residents of Enighed, the Valley, Pine Peace, Powerboyd Plantation and Estate Contact.

The Town Meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at St. Ursula’s Multipurpose Center in Cruz Bay.
