What used to be the front yard of the Front Yard (a bar) is now a parking lot.
Smith Square Parking is next door to the police station in Cruz Bay, perhaps best known as the parking lot for as many as nine new, gleaming black SUV police cars. 
There are so many vehicles, they can't fit in front of the station. So until Smith opened last weekend, the police parked some of their cars in that lot. Now, you can expect the "weekend overflow" of police SUVs to end up on the ball field at the Sprauve School, across the street.
But, I digress. The new parking lot looks to have the same sign and the same prices as Cruz Bay's 'original' paid parking lot, Slimman's, across from Wharfside.
