Click to call will indeed be a billion dollar business...or roughly whatever 50% of the 1-800 business is now. Consumers are going to the web first, they are finding products in search results and directories. It will be intuitive to make a call from the computer. They won't even consider picking up the phone.

But at $10-11 a click? Not many pizza joints will pay that much for an order. And they won't have to as prices start coming down. Next week.
