Allofmp3.com returns, sort of

Speaking of piracy!!!  A Russian gift to music thieves is online again, at www.allofmp3.com. 
The file download site was offline for three days this week, leading to speculation pressure from the government had shuttered the site which sells tracks for a few pennies.

But it's not fully up and running.  You can browse top hit albums and track lists.  But you can't preview any songs or buy anything.  "The site is undergoing some technical restructuring," according to a notice on the site. "We work hard to resume the service. We expect to put back all the functions shortly."

The  International Federation of Phonogram and Videogram Producers told the UK's TheRegister.co.uk the shutdown was not due to any enforcement action.
