TWIT #79 - Politics and podcasts

The gang of five on the latest "This Week in Tech" hashed out whether net-savvy Howard Dean can help the Democrats win in '08, whether AllofMP3.com is really bad, and HuffingtonPost.com's hiring a real reporter. 

Leo Laporte expertly moderated the podcast which included me, Jerry E. Pournelle, Patrick Norton, and Andy Walker.

After the show, I asked my wife - since she is a sci-fi fan - if she'd ever heard of Jerry.  She said, "Of course!" and then began to reel off his books she's read.
