Blogging: Bubble or big deal?

Li Forrester Research analyst Charlene Li issued a report in November saying that "blogging will grow in importance companies should monitor blogs to learn what is being said about their products and services."  Now, she's updated that with a Webcast.  Here's a link to download the audio file. Meanwhile, PR firm Edelman and Intelliseek have issued a white paper warning, “Blogging is not a passing fad but any brand, business or organization that fails to grasp (that) fact may very well be." Download the report.
